01 What the site collects

The contact form is the one place you give us personal data.

As you read, the only records are the host's log and two settings in your own browser.

What we receive
The enquiry type you chose, your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to include in the message.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry, and keep a record of the conversation.
Lawful basis
Legitimate interests, under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR: reading and answering your enquiry. You can object to that use at any time by asking us to delete the enquiry.
How long we keep it
For as long as it is useful for the conversation and for our own records, then deleted. Stored form submissions and host request logs are retained by our host under its own retention schedule.
Who processes it
Netlify Forms receives your enquiry, stores it for us and applies automated spam filtering. The submission is forwarded to the studio by email, where we read it and reply.
Where it is held
On Netlify's service. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so your enquiry and the host's request log are processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. For those transfers we rely on a safeguard under Article 46 of the UK GDPR. The safeguard is the standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK, as adapted by the Information Commissioner's international data transfer addendum. Those clauses form part of our host's data processing terms. Your enquiry is not transferred to any other organisation.
The host's request log
Like any web host, Netlify processes technical request data to serve the page and to keep the service secure and available. That data includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser's user-agent string. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors.
Two settings in your browser
Your browser remembers your colour theme and motion preferences when you change them. These settings stay in local storage, carry no identifier and are never transmitted. Returning a control to its default removes the stored setting.
If you play the gameplay trailer
The Company page loads a YouTube player only when you choose to watch the trailer. Until then, its screenshots are served by this site. Playing connects your browser to YouTube, which receives technical request data including your IP address. We use its privacy-enhanced player. That playback is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.

03 Your rights

You have rights over your personal data.

If you are in the UK or the EEA you have rights over personal data we hold about you.

Because we rely on legitimate interests, you also have the right to object to our use of your enquiry at any time, by asking us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, send an enquiry through the contact form and say what you would like us to do.

Send a request

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Deletion of what we hold, including your enquiry.

  • Restriction of how we use it.

  • Objection to our use of your enquiry, at any time.

  • Portability a copy of your data you can take elsewhere.

  • Complaint to a supervisory authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
